Church Revitalization is the process of leading a church that is plateaued or declining back to a healthy state. It is the restoring of a church's purpose of glorifying God & mission to reach the lost in their community. Only the Holy Spirit can revitalize a congregation, but He can use others to help in the process.
We seek to engage (Through church planting) our diverse population of African Americans, Anglos, Hispanic and the various other Ethnic groups in Ohio. This may be in the form of a new plant, an existing church that wishes to join the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio, or a church in its first few years.
The Ohio baptist foundation manages the funds entrusted to us with the utmost of care and concern. The assets and earnings given to us are designated to the Christian causes for which they have been intended. It is our desire that the foundation be a financial and missionary partner for Ohio Southern Baptists, along with being a trusted partner to individuals and families aligned with advancing our shared Kingdom interests.
When disaster strikes, Ohio Disaster Relief has been trained to be some of the first on the scene to bring Help, Hope, and Healing. We train to bring a skillset that’s more than just showing up and lending a hand.
